CURRENT NEEDs

There are so many ways you can support and donate to Catherine's Kids.  Please consider helping us with some of our current needs.

General Donation - To donate, click here --->

Education Scholarship - Most public schools in Mexico do not offer the best possible education. Therefore we send our children to private schools. The cost to send one child to school is $2,800.00.

If you feel led to provide a scholarship for one of our children, click here --->

Vocational Education Program - For some of our children while college may not be an option, they still need opportunities to become self-sufficient and self-confident. With this in mind, we are planning on forming a vocational school in 2021 that will allow us to provide life skills and job training for any of our children that want it.

GIRLS' HOUSE BATHROOM REMODEL

$ 10,000

GIRLS' & BOYS' ROOF REPLACEMENT

$ 10,000

TUITION FOR 5 NEW CHILDREN

$ 14,000 ($2,800 ea)

Our two bathrooms in the girls house still have original fixtures and flooring (where the flooring is still in place) and we would like to reconfigure the toilets and showers and lay tile from floor to ceiling.

The roof is original from 2004 and the Santa Ana winds have wreaked havoc on it over the years. This project will hopefully be completed by volunteers but we may have to hire local labor to take the original roof off.

We plan to add at least 5 new children to our home and will be sending them to the same private christian school as the rest of the GCH kids.

LICENSING CERTIFICATION PROJECT

$10,000

As we work to complete our state licensing process, we will need to replace some appliances and modify much of our existing gas/propane infrastructure. Additional we will require extensive training for all of our staff as well as certifications of all of our systems and infrastructure.
